Thank you for choosing AyodhyaAstro. This page outlines how we fulfill and deliver physical items (if any) associated with your orders—such as puja kits, priest-supplied materials, or sacred items. (For purely digital services like online pujas, astrology reports, etc., please see our terms and refund policy.)


1. Order Processing Time

  • After you place an order for a physical product, our team will review and confirm your order within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once confirmed, we prepare the items for dispatch. Depending on stock and availability, this may take 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We offer standard and express shipping options (if applicable).
  • We partner with reliable courier services (e.g. India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) depending on destination and package size.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped, enabling you to monitor the delivery status.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
  • For promotional offers or threshold-based free shipping (if enabled), the cart total must meet the minimum order value to qualify.
  • Any customs, duties, or fees (for shipments outside your country, if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking & Updates

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link or number.
  • If at any point your package is delayed, you may contact us at support@ayodhyaastro.com (or the contact email/phone listed on site), and we’ll assist in coordinating with the courier.

6. Delivery Issues & Missed Deliveries

If you are not available during delivery:

  • Couriers will usually attempt re-delivery or leave a notice (calling you or dropping a slip).
  • Please follow up with the courier or our support team for re-delivery arrangements.
  • If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipment costs may apply.

If your package is lost, damaged, or undelivered beyond the expected timeline, please inform us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier and resolve it per our refund/ replacement policy.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change your shipping address, add items, or cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at support@ayodhyaastro.com.
  • Once the order has shipped, changes may not be possible without incurring extra shipping or restocking fees.
